Horizonal Directional Drilling (HDD) & Outfall Lead Location: Redcar (with ad hoc travel to London) Contract: 12 Months (Q2 2026 – Q2 2027) Status: Outside IR35 Rate: Day Rate We are currently seeking an experienced HDD & Outfall Lead to support a major offshore installation project. This role will oversee horizontal directional drilling (HDD) and outfall activities, ensuring safe and efficient execution from design through to installation. Key ResponsibilitiesManage HDD subcontractors, including coordination of progress, technical, and risk review meetingsReview and coordinate subcontractor documentation, including designs, procedures, and as-built recordsPrepare and deliver project reporting for installation and engineering meetingsAct as the key interface across disciplines (HSE, QA/QC, Engineering, Drafting) and with contractorsSupervise all HDD site activities, including mobilisation, installation, execution, testing, and demobilisation (onshore and offshore)Candidate RequirementsProven experience in Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) within construction or offshore projectsStrong understanding of subcontractor management and site executionExperience interfacing across multiple disciplines and stakeholdersKnowledge of diving support operations is advantageousValid OGUK MedicalIf you are interested, please apply
