Responsibility:
Help the project manager/ coordinators with administrative duties and processes Schedule meetings and keep minutes Break down the project into doable tasks and estimate the duration Assist with planning, from start to finish of the project Prepare and distribute project materials and supporting documents Create weekly workflow Order resources as a stacionaries for the project, PPE and necessary equipment Report on team and project performance Act as point of contact for the project team and facilitate communications Collaborate on stakeholder presentations Logs the issuance of PPE and inspections Collecting and sending the necessary Customer information to obtain badges for the Company' s employees Organization of accommodation and catering on the Customer' s territory Requirements:
Bachelor' s degree in business administration, project management, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience as a project administrator or in a similar administrative role. Proficient in project management software and tools. Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines. Level of English: Intermediate Conditions:
Atyrau base, 5/2 09:00-18:00 and Operations site 28/28
