Our client is a private equity fund and in-house incubator that is investing and cultivating startup companies to bring them into the global markets.

Starting from investment and market analysis, research, concept initiation stage and ending with the feasibility study, tests stages, design and building systems for demonstrating the technology (accelerating phase) that will later spin-off to the creation of start-up companies.

We are looking for a Project manager who will manage the whole product lifecycle starting from investment stage, research, creating a company, development, and commercialization for one of our projects in oil& gas stream.

Description:

• Managing projects in different technologies mainly related to oil & gas industry,
• Carrying out financial and market analysis as part of new technologies evaluation,
• Preparing investment plan based on market and technology analysis,
• Directing the early stage of the technology towards a proof of concept,
• Managing and directing the company’s budget and work plan,
• Working closely with companies’ leadership to bring the technology and products to a mature stage and to commercialization,
• Leading and preparing the technical, financial and market documentations during the project lifecycle,

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for projects planning and budget and overseen on companies (which are under his directive) activities and tasks,
• Writing project summary reports that encompasses all research, development, technical and market research accumulated information over the project lifecycle,
• Leading and managing the feasibility study throughout the accelerating phase,
• Evaluating and assessing project strength and weakness,
• Managing and overseeing the project' s budget and schedules to ensure meeting with goals and schedules,
• Leading project status review meetings with the company’s management,
• Producing accurate and timely reporting of project status throughout its lifecycle.

  • Experience with R& D and start-ups is welcome,

  • Ability to manage a pool of contractors (in Russia and abroad, as an advantage),
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills,

Requirements:

• • University degree (Bachelor or higher) in Engineering, gas& oil, related areas,
  • Excellent/fluent English writing and very good speaking – technical English is required, business level spoken English will be considered individually with each suitable candidate,
  • 3-5 years of experience in product development, projects management of multidisciplinary systems in one of the industry: Oil & Gas, Chemical process, Renewable energy.
