Head of Legal – Family Office

Responsibilities:

-Provide comprehensive legal support for the operations of the Family Office and its affiliated entities, including corporate structuring, amendments, and interactions with regulatory authorities.

-Manage transactions involving family assets: real estate (acquisitions, disposals, due diligence), and movable property (vehicles, art, collectibles).

-Oversee legal aspects of construction projects: review of documentation, contractor relations, dispute resolution.

-Draft, review, and negotiate various agreements, including service, supply, and non-disclosure agreements.

-Support estate and succession planning: wills, trusts, asset protection, and representation in legal proceedings if needed.

-Liaise with governmental bodies, financial institutions, and foreign legal advisors on behalf of the family.

-Monitor legislative developments and assess their potential impact on the family' s assets and interests.

Requirements:

-Law degree and a minimum of 5 years of legal experience in law firms or family office environments.

-Strong expertise in civil, corporate, and tax law, with a proven track record in real estate and inheritance matters.

-Fluent English, both written and spoken.

High level of discretion, proactive mindset, and meticulous attention to detail.
