We are looking for a Support and Onboarding Manager to join our remote Client team. This is an entry-level position, perfect for someone eager to grow in digital marketing and client success.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Client Onboarding: Help new clients get started with our tools and services. Make their first steps with Evido smooth and confident.
• Ongoing Support: Assist clients with questions or issues, ensuring a seamless experience throughout their journey.
• Tech-Savvy Assistance: Collaborate with the internal product and tech teams to troubleshoot client issues and improve solutions.
• Feedback & Improvement: Collect client feedback and share insights to help us improve.
• Documentation: Keep our help resources clear, up-to-date, and client-friendly.

Who You Are

• Languages: You are fluent in Russian and confident in English (C1+ level).
• People-Oriented: You enjoy helping others and have experience communicating with clients.
• Quick Learner: New tools and concepts don’t scare you — you’re ready to learn fast.
