Responsibilities:

• Support the Strategy Manager on cross-category transformation initiatives and strategic processes
• Identifying, analyzing, and interpreting trends or patterns in complex data sets
• Coordinating with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and gather requirements
• Manage results of strategy sessions and workshops to create action plans and build strategic priorities
• Help develop tools and reports to evaluate performance and effectively communicate findings to key stakeholders
• Assist in the development of business cases and financial models to evaluate the feasibility and potential impact of proposed strategies
• Prepare and present reports and presentations to senior leadership, providing clear and concise insights and recommendations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing / business administration / finance with strong analytical skills
• Min 3 years of experience in strategic planning, business analysis, marketing management, consulting or a related role
• Excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, with the ability to draw insights from complex data sets
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a results-oriented mindset
• Confident working with a range of senior level stakeholders
• Fluent English
