We are looking for Project Coordinator (Contractor) to join our Tashkent team. You will report to Director Project Execution CIS and Ukraine and support our Project Delivery Organization.

As a Project Coordinator (Contractor) you will:

• Handle and screen telephone calls

• Meet visitors, organizie conference-rooms

• Work with incoming/outgoing mail: registration, processing, distribution between departments/divisions, mail tracking

• Arrange and coordinate of post deliveries, entry passes

• Organize working place for new comers, sort out working space of leavers

• Cooperate with travel agencies for arrangement of hotel booking and air tickets payment

• Arrange visas for the staff

• Work with transport companies for taxi support

• Assist to foreign colleagues in accommodation, organizing transfers, booking external business events

• Do the oral and written translation from en to ru and from ru to en (from uz to en/ru and from en/ru to uz)

• Organize team events, management meetings, conferences

• Fulfill other tasks from the management

As the Project Coordinator (Contractor), you have

• High education

• Relevant experience (2-3 years)

• Fluent knowledge of English, Russian and Uzbek language
