Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the movement of goods and communicating with internal and external stakeholders
• Coordinate trades and follow-up the logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management
• Ensure timely deliveries, maintain accurate records, and optimize logistics processes
• Process and provide full shipment supportive documentation
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with logistics service providers and negotiate rates
• Elaborate reports and analysis (as per request)
• Provide support for ad-hoc projects (as per request)

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Trading, Logistics or relevant field.
• Proven work experience as an Logistics Administrator or similar roles.
• 1-2 years of experience in logistic / controlling position within a commodity trading company is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic trading environment
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good level of proficiency in Excel.
• Knowledge of incoterms local and international trade regulations is a plus
• Russian speaker
