We are a growth marketing agency that began as a part of IT-Agency. We have been working in digital marketing for over 10 years now, so we have got great processes for scaling businesses with a clear product marketing fit.

To help SaaS brands reach their true audience, we create digital marketing strategies and funnel action plans, and implement them.

We work internationally, focusing on the EU, UK, and USA markets, with clients in SaaS niches such as fintech, martech, and productivity tools.

We are now looking for new team members to help our clients to grow.

As a Project Coordinator/ Project Manager, you will make sure client projects run smoothly, deadlines are met, and nothing falls through the cracks. You will be the link between our strategists, tacticians, contractors, and clients, ensuring everyone has the information and resources they need.

Project planning: create and maintain timelines, task lists, and priorities for multiple client projects.

Team coordination: make sure strategists, tacticians, and contractors know their tasks, deadlines, and deliverables.

Client communication: schedule calls, track follow-ups, and ensure action items are completed on time.

Process tracking: keep weekly and monthly reports up to date, monitor KPIs, and flag risks early.

Resource management: track team workload and capacity, ensuring a balanced distribution of tasks.

Documentation: maintain project notes, meeting agendas, and internal playbook updates.

— 1+ years of experience in project coordination/ project management/ account management in an agency (marketing/ design/ development).

— Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

— Confident communicator in English (B2+) – both written and spoken. Russian language is a plus.

— Comfortable working with remote, international teams and multiple time zones.

— Ability to manage several projects simultaneously and stay calm under pressure.

— Experience with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Task Trakers, and basic reporting dashboards.

— Daily advanced use of AI tools – GPT, Perplexity, Gemini – for research, content drafting, and problem-solving.

— Openness to testing and implementing new AI tools into workflows, with a proactive approach to improving efficiency.

Competitive salary: $900 – $1,300 before tax monthly depending on your experience level

Work remotely: Live and work in EU timezone

Vacation time: Annual leave (twice a year for 2 weeks) + holidays

Employment: via Deel contract.
