Responsibilities:

• Support the manager in planning and executing operational strategies
• Lead team meetings, track progress, and ensure deadlines are met
• Assist with onboarding and training new team members
• Address team concerns and maintain a positive workplace culture
• Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and prepare reports for management
• Take on additional tasks when required.

Requirements:

• Proven experience coordinating workflows and delivering results
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask, set priorities, and make quick, sound decisions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Independent, reliable, and respectful of confidentiality.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of HR processes (onboarding, performance reviews, team development)
• Experience in budgeting, expense tracking, or resource allocation.
