Objective: To support the Accounting Department in daily billing and accounting operations by ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, customer communication, and payment tracking.

Schedule: 6PM - 3AM (Tashkent time)

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and send accurate invoices to customers

• Monitor and respond to customer emails in a professional and timely manner

• Provide assistance and support to customers regarding billing-related inquiries

• Mark and track paid invoices in internal systems

• Collaborate with the Accounting Department on additional tasks as needed

Required Competencies:

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Strong sense of discipline and time management

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

• Proficiency in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and Word

• Fluency in Russian (spoken and written)

• English language proficiency at B2 level or higher (spoken and written)

• Previous experience in billing or accounting is a plus
