Job Title: Execution Trader

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Reporting To: Chief Investment Officer

Employment Type: Full-Time - Office-based role in Dubai

About the Role: We are seeking a disciplined and detail-oriented Execution Trader to join our single-family office investment team. The trader will be responsible for the accurate, timely, and cost-effective execution of trades across multiple asset classes in alignment with the family office' s strategic investment goals. This individual will work closely with portfolio managers, analysts, and counterparties to ensure smooth trading workflows and best execution practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute trades in global markets across equities, fixed income, FX, ETFs, Exchange traded derivatives primarily but not limited to CME, COMEX, NYMEX, CBOT and Eurex.

• Ensure best execution, while minimizing market impact and transaction costs. • Monitor markets activity and news feeds to provide real-time insights to the investment team.

• Maintain detailed trade records and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.

• Monitor post-trade Profit and Loss impact for the portfolio.

• Contribute to the refinement of trading strategies and tools by providing execution feedback.

• Support risk management function by flagging anomalies or trading irregularities in real time.

• Assist with periodic performance analysis and trade cost analysis (TCA).

• Maintain high standards of confidentiality and discretion at all times.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field. CFA or similar certifications are a plus.

• 3–7 years of relevant trading experience, preferably within a buy-side institution or a family office.

• Strong understanding of global markets, liquidity, and trade execution mechanics.

• Proficiency in Excel, and order/execution management systems (OMS/EMS).

• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work in a high-pressure environment.

• Knowledge of compliance regulations and market microstructure.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualities:

• Experience with algorithmic trading or automated execution tools.

• Familiarity with multi-asset class portfolio management in a family office or private wealth firm.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a small, agile investment team.
