Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end procurement activities for materials, equipment, and services required for a major pipeline construction project.

• Manage tendering processes: prepare RFQs/RFPs, evaluate bids, conduct negotiations, and recommend awards.

• Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies, project requirements, and applicable regulations.

• Develop and maintain the procurement plan, monitor timelines, and track contract performance.

• Coordinate with engineering, contracts, construction, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

• Conduct supplier assessments, manage vendor relationships, and resolve performance issues.

• Prepare procurement reports, cost analyses, and documentation for management review.

• Participate in contract drafting, variation management, and commercial risk assessments.

Requirements:

• Higher education in supply chain, engineering, economics, or similar fields.

• 5+ years of experience in procurement for large industrial, EPC, oil & gas, or infrastructure projects.

• Strong knowledge of tendering processes, commercial terms, and contract principles.

• Experience in international procurement and working with foreign suppliers is an advantage.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office knowledge of ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/1C) is a plus.

• High level of responsibility, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
