-Monitoring, control of product readiness
-Consolidation of goods by place of shipment, contracts, terms of delivery
-Verification of shipper’s documents (shipment terms, contract compliance, part numbers, cost, quantity, etc.)
-Keep contact with supplier to ensure delivery of required documentation
-Keeping records of goods readiness, indicating the expected date of delivery
- HS Codes assignment, preparation of technical descriptions
-Coordination with brokers (verification of non-tariff regulation measures before shipment)
-Translation of documents and provision to forwarders and brokers
-Determination of the transportation mode of the goods ( based on the delivery time, the cost of the goods)
-Coordinate all deliveries with the customer, including shipment schedules, to meet contract agreements
-Coordination with freight forwarders (control of loading time, verification of transport documents, assistance in solving problems arising during transportation)
-Upon arrival of the goods - submission of documents to the broker for import customs clearance processing
-Coordination with the warehouse (checking the terms of delivery of the goods, notification of the arrival of the goods=> control of the goods pick up (to avoid additional costs)
-Work with accounting department to check documents from freight forwarders and brokers
-Consultation of the sales department on the terms of delivery, transportation scheme, Incoterms, for the subsequent conclusion of the contract
