Multinational company is a leading high-tech enterprise specializing in R& D, manufacturing, sales, and service of medical devices and reagents in the field of In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD).
The company focuses on advancing hematology diagnostics through innovative solutions and strategic global expansion and now is looking for good specialist who will be responsible for IVD / Hematology Segment as a Country Sales Manager in Kazakhstan.
Work Format: Full-time, hybrid
Experience Required: 6+ years (with at least 5 years in IVD / Hematology)
Job Purpose:
Responsible for developing companies’ commercial presence in Kazakhstan through sales growth, distributor management, and market intelligence in the hematology segment.
Key Responsibilities:
∙ Sales Channel Development: Identify, develop, and manage qualified distributors maintain relationships with existing partners.
∙ Market Analysis: Collect and report competitive and customer insights, pricing trends, and regulatory dynamics.
∙ Training & Support: Provide sales and product training to distributor teams support seminars, user visits, and promotional events.
∙ Sales Target Achievement: Create and execute regional sales strategies aligned with HQ targets ensure 100% goal completion.
∙ Reporting: Deliver regular market, sales, and competitor performance updates to HQ.
Requirements:
∙ Education: Bachelor’s in Medicine, Biomedical Engineering, International Trade, or related field.
∙ Experience: 8+ years in sales (5+ years in IVD, particularly hematology/POCT/coagulation).
∙ Languages: Fluent in Russian and English (spoken and written).
∙ Skills: Advanced MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), market negotiation, and distributor management.
Reporting To: Regional Sales Director / International Business Department
KPIs: Sales volume, new distributor activation, channel performance, customer satisfaction.
