In this role you will:

• Manage supplier relationships across different ingredient categories, negotiate contracts, ensuring cost efficiency, quality and reliability.

• Initiate and lead sourcing projects to expand/optimize our ingredients portfolio, supporting business growth and securing sustainable operations.

• Monitor and improve supplier performance and service level in collaboration with various departments - planning, quality, logistic, operations etc.

• Identify cost saving opportunities, lead projects and manage implementation. Contribute to finished product R& P calculation, support innovations.

• Mitigate risks, keep stakeholders updated, constantly collaborate with most of the departments within the Business Unit.

We are waiting for you if you have:

• Higher education (in the specialty: Economics, Business, Supply Chain Management or other relevant)

• Ability to work in 1C, OrSoft, SAP (desirable)

• 3+ years of relevant experience in procurement, category management, operations or business development.

• Proven experience in managing relationships with local and international suppliers, implementing cost saving initiatives, negotiating contracts.

• Strong analytical skills - you make quick data-driven decisions and influence improvement of internal processes.

• English - Upper intermediate, you will communicate directly with regional and global teams.

• Proactive and problem-solving mindset.
