Key responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day operations for clinical trial logistics in Georgia
• Manage third-party logistics providers (3PLs), including warehousing and transportation partners
• Oversee and coordinate all import/export activities for clinical trial supplies and named patient programs
• Ensure full compliance with Georgian regulations for clinical trials, pharmaceuticals, and controlled substances
• Maintain relationships and ensure smooth interactions with the Ministry of Health, Customs, and other regulatory bodies
• Act as the primary contact for local healthcare professionals, investigators, hospitals, and public institutions
• Monitor country-level budgets, expenses, and cost controls
• Identify opportunities for growth within the Georgian clinical trials and healthcare access market
• Represent the company in business development meetings with potential customers and partners
• Build and grow a local support team
• Establish and maintain local SOPs in line with global standards.

Requirements:

• University degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Logistics, or Business (Master’s degree preferred)
• 7+ years of experience in clinical trial logistics, pharmaceutical distribution, or healthcare supply chain
• Fluency in Georgian and English required (both written and spoken)
• Proven experience managing vendors and third-party service providers
• Strong understanding of Georgian clinical trial regulations and import/export procedures
• Experience interacting with regulatory authorities (e.g., Ministry of Health, Customs)
• In-depth knowledge of GxP and GDP standards.
