Account Manager at SLB are responsible for developing and implementing account plans, aligning SLB’s strategy with customer business drivers, and acting as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts. They ensure customer satisfaction while driving revenue growth and supporting digital transformation initiatives.

• Account Planning: Develop and execute account plans to achieve business objectives.
• Customer Engagement: Build strong customer relationships, understand client needs, and effectively position SLB solutions.
• Sales Execution: Identify, manage, and close opportunities, ensuring profitability and compliance with SLB standards.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Technical) to deliver integrated and value-driven solutions.
• Reporting & Forecasting: Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and performance reports.

• Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of sales processes, pricing, and contract management.
• Technical Awareness: Familiarity with SLB offerings, particularly digital solutions.
• Communication & Negotiation: Ability to influence stakeholders and manage complex commercial discussions.
• Customer-Centric Mindset: Focus on delivering value and ensuring long-term customer success.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to align SLB solutions with customers’ business objectives.

Experience & Qualifications:

• 5/7 years of relevant experience in sales or account management within the energy or technology sectors.
• Proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth.
• Experience participating in or leading digital projects.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders.
