Written Translation: Undertake bidirectional written translation between English, Russian, Wuzi, and Chinese, covering various texts such as contracts, technical documents, business letters, promotional materials, and work reports. Ensure translations are accurate, fluent, and professional, conforming to the original meaning and target language expression habits, free from grammatical errors, semantic deviations, and cultural misunderstandings. Strictly control translation quality and delivery timelines.

Oral Translation: Perform consecutive interpretation or simultaneous interpretation tasks in scenarios including business negotiations, meetings, on-site accompaniment, and telephone/video conferences. Ensure accurate and efficient information transmission between communicating parties, promptly respond to on-site unexpected language issues, maintain smooth communication, abide by communication disciplines, and strictly safeguard commercial secrets.

Language Proofreading & Optimization: Proofread, review, and revise translation results of oneself and other team members, optimize translation expressions, and improve text professionalism and readability. Establish and update translation glossaries and corpora, unify translation standards and styles, and enhance team translation efficiency.

Cross-Departmental Collaboration Support: Cooperate with business, marketing, technology, legal, and other departments in carrying out cross-border business, provide real-time language support, assist in resolving language communication barriers in cooperation, and participate in the preparation, execution, and review of language-related cross-border projects.

Cultural Adaptation & Consulting: Provide language and cultural adaptation suggestions for business development based on the cultural customs, language taboos, and business etiquette of target language countries/regions to avoid cross-cultural communication risks. Answer internal language consulting questions regarding English, Russian, and Wuzi.

Other Tasks: Complete other translation and language service-related tasks assigned by superiors, such as document localization and sorting/filing of language materials.

(I) Core Qualifications

Bachelor' s degree or above, preferably in Foreign Language and Literature, Translation, International Trade, or related majors. Possess solid language proficiency, mastery of English, Russian, and Wuzi, and preference is given to candidates whose native language is Chinese or one of the target languages.

English proficiency at TEM-8 level or equivalent (e.g., IELTS 7.5+/TOEFL 100+, CATTI Level 2 or above) Russian proficiency at Professional Level 8 or equivalent (e.g., ТРКИ-II or above) Wuzi proficiency at native or near-native level in listening, speaking, reading, and writing, capable of proficiently handling translation tasks in various scenarios.

At least 3 years of relevant translation work experience, with preference given to those with translation experience in cross-border business, technical documents, legal contracts, etc., and familiarity with industry terminology and professional expressions.

(II) Professional Competence

Possess excellent bidirectional translation capabilities, able to accurately capture the core meaning of the original text. Translations should comply with the logical expression of the target language while retaining the original style and professionalism, with strong writing and polishing skills.

Proficient in interpretation skills, with quick response and clear expression, able to perform stably in high-pressure and multi-tasking scenarios, accurately convey the intentions of both parties, and have good on-site adaptability.

Familiar with the use of translation tools, such as CAT tools like Trados, MemoQ, and SDLX, as well as office software like Word, Excel, and PDF, capable of efficiently completing translation, proofreading, and corpus construction work.

Understand the culture, history, business etiquette, and industry practices of countries/regions corresponding to English, Russian, and Wuzi, and possess cross-cultural communication awareness and capabilities.

(III) Comprehensive Qualities

Possess a high sense of responsibility, rigorous work attitude, attention to details, and the ability to strictly abide by delivery timelines and quality standards.

Possess good communication and coordination skills, team collaboration awareness, able to quickly adapt to the cross-departmental work rhythm and efficiently cooperate with business advancement.

Possess strong learning ability and pressure resistance, able to timely follow industry trends and language changes, continuously improve professional translation skills, and adapt to the complex needs of cross-border business.

Strictly abide by confidentiality systems, keep commercial secrets, core data, and sensitive information accessed at work strictly confidential, with no disclosure records.

Good health, able to accept necessary business trips, overtime work, and on-site interpretation assignments.
