Remote Bookkeeper / Accountant (Full-Time | US Time Zone)

We are looking for a highly reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Accountant to join our team remotely. This is a full-time position requiring excellent English and availability to work US business hours.

You will be responsible for end-to-end accounting and bookkeeping, handling daily financial operations and ensuring accuracy across all records.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle bookkeeping

• Create and manage invoices

• Track, record, and reconcile payments

• Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable

• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations

• Maintain accurate financial records and reports

• Assist with monthly and yearly closing

• Coordinate with management on financial matters

• Ensure compliance with internal processes and deadlines

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or Accountant

• Very good English (written and spoken) — must be comfortable communicating with clients and internal team

• Experience with QuickBooks is a must

• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and take full ownership of tasks

• Availability to work full-time during US (EST) time zones
