GP Solutions is looking for a qualified legal specialist to join our team as the sole in-house counsel for a group of companies.

You will be responsible for providing legal advice and support to the organization and will interact with subcontractors in various locations.

Our offices: Germany, Poland, Belarus, UAE, USA.

Working hours: from 9-10 AM till 6-7 PM

Requirements:

• minimum of 1 year of experience, preferably in international law or IT
• higher legal or economic education
• B2+ (Upper-Intermediate+) English Level
• German as a second foreign language is much appreciated
• striving for development in the sphere of intellectual property rights
• good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
• attentiveness, accuracy.

Responsibilities:

• full legal support of a HTP resident

• review and draft contracts, agreements, and legal documents
• provide legal guidance on corporate governance matters
• working out and developing of International Economic Agreements (such as software licensing, custom software development agreement, agency agreements etc.)
• coordinate subcontractors in multiple locations
• communication with State bodies
• assisting accounting and HR-administration in cross-legal issues and related matters
• company legal issues solving.
