We are looking for a support specialist. The candidate will help our customers with their inquiries.

Responsibilities:

• Processing customers' requests (presale and technical issues, live-chat)

• Email correspondence with customers

• Addressing technical issues and inquiries

• Extensions' configuration assistance

• Bug reporting to the QA team

• Story/Feature requests composing based on customers' feedbacks for product development efficiency

• Working night shifts.

Requirements:

• Fluent English (both oral and written)

• Experience in communicating with native speakers (preferably with the US and UK residents)

• Experience in managing online stores and general understanding of technical aspects will be a huge plus:

• Willingness to learn quickly.
