Brief Job Description:

• Understand and apply the provisions and principles of accounting in their daily work. Issue invoices to customers and verify invoices from suppliers in accordance with internal procedures and the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Make appropriate accounting entries and accruals in JDE
• Under the supervision prepare the financial and accounting reports. Prepare reconciliation reports with suppliers and customers
• Perform reconciliations of account balances in the BlackLine system
• Maintain accurate records and prepare accounting documents for archiving
• Under the supervision provide information and documentation to auditors during TCO audits
• Under supervision propose and implement changes/improvements to accounting reporting processes and optimization and digitalization of accounting processes
• Perform the work of other team members in their absence
• Performs other tasks as requested by group supervisor

Job Specification and requirements:

• Higher (Economics, Finance).
• Work experience –from 0 to 3 years.
• Kazakh - Basic, Russian - Advanced, English (written, verbal) – Level 3 and higher.
• Confident user of MS Office (Excel, Word), various applications.
