The role involves hands-on work in developing international cooperation, liaising with foreign partners, and participating in the preparation of international visits, agreements, and follow-up on achieved commitments. The position is focused on execution and analytical support within international projects and partnerships.

• Higher education

• At least 2 years of experience in international cooperation, international projects, or external relations

• Experience working with governmental, quasi-governmental, or international organizations

• English language proficiency at C1 level (mandatory)

• Excellent command of Uzbek and Russian

• Strong skills in business correspondence, preparation of analytical notes and briefing documents

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously

• Strong organizational skills, responsibility, and attention to detail

• Well-developed intercultural communication skills

• Managing assigned international partners (embassies, technoparks, associations, accelerators, funds)

• Maintaining and updating partner information: contacts, areas of cooperation, and current status

• Preparing the substantive content of international visits and meetings, including:

  • compiling meeting schedules

  • defining objectives and expected outcomes

• Coordinating with internal departments of IT Park (exports, startups, acceleration programs) during visit preparation

• Participating in the drafting of Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) and cooperation agreements

• Recording agreements reached during meetings and visits

• Maintaining and updating a database of agreements and follow-up actions

• Knowledge of additional foreign languages

• Experience in IT, digital technologies, service exports, or innovation ecosystems

• Participation in international projects or programs

• Understanding of the functioning of governmental or international institutions

• Employment in a government organization with an international agenda
