📝 Job duties
Conduct KYC verification of customers, suppliers, and partners
Perform sanctions and restricted party screening in line with company policies
Review sales, purchase, logistics, and service contracts for legal risks
Ensure contracts comply with company standards and applicable laws
Draft and review legal responses to customers, partners, and authorities
Handle routine legal correspondence related to disputes and claims
Support compliance with local and international regulations (trade, sanctions, commercial law)
Maintain proper filing of contracts, KYC documents, and legal communications
Identify basic legal risks and escalate critical issues when necessary.

Candidate requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Law or equivalent qualification
Basic knowledge of commercial law, contract law, and compliance
Understanding of KYC and sanctions screening processes is an advantage
Strong drafting and communication skills
Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible
Demonstrate proficiency in Uzbek, English, and Russian
Confident PC user (MS Office, Google tools)
Willingness to learn and grow in corporate legal practice.

Schedule:
Full-time, Monday–Friday, 9:00–18:00 (1 hour lunch break)
