Your day-to-day:

- Event Planning & Management:
Develop and execute event strategies for CAS markets, aligned with the company’s smoke-free product objectives
Organize product launches, consumer engagement activities, plug-ins to local event and festivals
Coordinate with brand marketing to ensure events align with Brand platform and strategy.

- Market-Specific Customization:
Adapt global event strategies to resonate with local cultural and market trends within CAS markets
Conduct market research to identify consumer preferences and tailor events accordingly

- Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with external agencies, suppliers, and venue partners to deliver high-quality event experiences
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including regulatory affairs and communications, to ensure compliance and message consistency.

- Budget & Resource Management:
Manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness while maintaining quality
Optimize resource allocation for maximum impact and return on investment (ROI).

- Data Analysis & Reporting:
Analyze event performance metrics, consumer feedback, and ROI to improve future events
Present detailed post-event reports to senior management.

- Compliance & Ethical Standards:
Ensure all events adhere to local regulations and the company' s internal compliance policies, especially given the sensitivities around the tobacco industry and smoke-free products.

Who we' re looking for:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, or a related field
- 1-3 years of event management experience, preferably in the alcohol, FMCG, or lifestyle industries
- Experience working within CAS markets is a strong advantage
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Fluency in English
- Consumer-focused mindset with an ability to deliver engaging brand experiences
- Cultural sensitivity and understanding of CAS market dynamics
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and highly regulated industry.
