GP Solutions is looking for Marketing Manager Assistant.

Remote work or Minsk office, full-time.

Requirements:

• Upper-Intermediate English level.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing.
• Interest in social media, content placement, or event coordination.
• Good organizational and communication skills.

Will be a plus:

• Experience in working with English-speaking markets, including cultural and consumer behavior insights.
• Familiarity with tools like Apollo.io, Hunter.io, or CRM systems (e.g., Zoho).

Main Tasks:

1. Crowd Marketing:

• Participate in discussions on forums, social media, and comment sections to promote the brand.
• Attract attention to the brand by engaging in relevant topics and sharing recommendations or links.

2. Backlink Management:

• Publish expert materials (prepared by copywriters) on third-party platforms, blogs, and media outlets.
• Search for new platforms and websites for content placement.
• Monitor published materials to confirm their placement.
• Assist in analyzing the effectiveness of backlinks (e.g., SEO improvements, Domain Authority).

3. Exhibition Coordination:

• Help organize and coordinate exhibition booths (e.g., concept, design, and layout approval).
• Communicate with contractors and suppliers for equipment and promotional materials.
• Assist in managing the event budget and tracking expenses.
• Prepare promotional materials, handouts, and presentations.
• Support travel and accommodation arrangements for staff.

4. Listing Services Management:

• Regularly update company information on platforms like Clutch, Capterra, and similar.
• Collect client feedback by communicating with clients and preparing email templates.
• Monitor the company’s position in listings and track competitor activity.
• Provide suggestions for improving company profiles.

5. Email Marketing:

• Assist in collecting contact data and compiling email lists for campaigns (cold outreach and existing databases).
• Use tools like Apollo.io, Hunter.io, or Phantombuster for cold outreach.
• Help ensure regular email campaign delivery.
• Support anti-spam activities to improve email deliverability.

6. CRM Management:

• Upload contacts into the Zoho CRM system.
• Assist in setting up and maintaining email templates for mass campaigns.
• Track email campaigns and report on their performance.

7. Analytics and Reporting:

• Collect data on the effectiveness of marketing activities (e.g., crowd marketing, listing services).
• Assist in preparing reports with tables, graphs, and presentations.
