• Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, interests, and budget constraints.
• Provide expert advice and recommendations on travel destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities.
• Research and book hotels, transport, tours, and other travel-related services for clients.
• Customize travel itineraries to meet clients' specific needs and preferences.
• Assist clients with obtaining necessary travel documentation such as visas and travel insurance.
• Stay informed about travel trends, new destinations, and travel deals to provide up-to-date information and recommendations to clients.
• Handle client inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Monitor travel advisories, weather conditions, and other factors that may impact clients' travel plans, providing timely updates and assistance as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of client information, travel bookings, and transactions.
• Follow up with clients post-travel to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction with services provided.
• Building, maintaining and continual development of relationships with suppliers, negotiating best prices and deals, setting up credit agreements, raising purchase orders, attending supplier visits to the company where appropriate
• Manage cash flow, payment terms, cancellation, added value and savings
• Participating in debriefings, gather client feedback and market intelligence
• Reporting to the Head of Travel regarding the request objectives, budgets, resource planning
• Ensuring the profitability of the booking, managing and verifying all income and expenditure
• Managing confirmed bookings from A to Z
• Maintaining enthusiasm and professional standards within company team

• Proven experience as a Travel Agent, Travel Consultant, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations, attractions, and travel-related services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in travel arrangements and documentation.
• Ability to handle travel-related issues and emergencies calmly and efficiently.
• Flexibility to work outside regular business hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate clients' schedules.
• Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
• Fluency in Russian and English, additional languages strongly desired
• Good knowledge of computerized systems including word processing, spreadsheets, presentation packages and databases, preferably Word, Excel, PowerPoint

- Full time, overtime may be required to meet project deadlines
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday from 10:00 till 19:00.
- Trial Period: 2 months
- Notice Period: 2 months
