Andersen is hiring a Project Manager to lead delivery of a centralized Data Warehouse, integrating regulatory and AML reporting, consolidating data, and automating quality controls.

The customer is one of the oldest and most reliable financial institutions in Kazakhstan. It offers a full range of financial services for both individual and corporate clients, including business lending, mortgages, consumer loans, deposits, payment services, and digital banking solutions. The company focuses on reliability, innovation, and sustainable growth, helping clients achieve their financial goals and contributing to the country’s economic development.

The project is the implementation of a centralized Data Warehouse for a financial institution, focused on integrating regulatory and AML reporting, consolidating data from multiple systems, and automating data quality and monitoring processes.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating the project team and distributing tasks.
• Managing the DWH deployment and BI reporting implementation, controlling timelines, scope, and quality of deliverables.
• Communicating with the customer and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment of decisions.
• Managing risks and changes within the project, escalating critical issues in a timely manner.
• Preparing and providing regular reports on project status, budget, and achieved results.

Must-haves:

• Experience in project management for 3+ years, preferably in IT and analytics platform development.
• Experience working with teams responsible for data infrastructure deployment.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
• Experience working with planning tools (JIRA, Confluence).
• Basic understanding of data and DWH architecture.
• Experience in DWH/Data Lake deployment and implementation.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective collaboration with customers and the team.
• Level of English – from Intermediate and above.

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience working with fintech projects.
