We are actively seeking a proactive and organized project manager to join our team to support the successful delivery of our projects through effective planning, implementation, and follow-up.

Responsibilities:

• Strategic planning: creating release roadmaps and sprint planning in collaboration with Team Leads.
• Direct communication with senior management, aligning product vision with business objectives.
• Collaboration with third-party partners for game releases: certification authorities, aggregators, operators, etc.
• Managing game releases: monitoring deadlines, ensuring compliance with procedures and standards.
• Reporting: providing status updates on all ongoing projects and maintaining project documentation.
• Overseeing the development of multiple games simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and managing resources.
• Leading a team of over 20 professionals, divided into smaller squads (total of 5 teams).

Requirements:

• 3-4 years of experience in project management within the IT industry.
• Proven experience leading a full development team or with a strong technical background and understanding of development processes.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Jira, Confluence) and experience implementing agile practices.
• Proficiency in English at least at B2 level.
