For our branch in Atyrau we are looking for Administration

Main Tasks

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to project and site teams
• Handle project documentation, filing, and record keeping
• Coordinate meetings, prepare minutes, and manage correspondence
• Support travel arrangements, accommodation, and site access coordination
• Assist with personnel administration, timesheets, and attendance records
• Liaise with internal departments and external service providers
• Maintain office supplies and administrative resources

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative or office support roles, preferably in project-based environments
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work in a structured and dynamic project environment
• Fluent English (mandatory)
• Russian and/or Kazakh (highly preferred)
