Responsibilities:

• Technical implementation of staffing decisions
• Consolidation of necessary information for staffing discussions & capacity planning
• Support in Staffing-Finance cooperation (time billings validation, staffing inputs for project economics plans etc)
• Support in preparation of reporting/communication/analytics used in the staffing process for utilization forecasting & relevant to other HR teams
• Communication with consultants on staffing-related topics
• Other involvement in ad hoc projects
• The Employee shall also fulfill and act on oral and/or written assignments, tasks, instructions and orders of his/her immediate supervisors, other competent officials and authorized representatives of the Employer, if necessitated by business requirements and, therefore, deemed to be production assignments.

Requirements:

• 2-5+ years of significant experience in Human Resources preferably with an international company
• Advanced English (both oral and written)
• Excellent computer skills (MS Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Accuracy, speed and thoroughness of work, attention to details
• Strong organizational skills good communication and social skills
• Responsible, service-minded, positive and team-oriented attitude
• Extraordinary problem solving abilities
• Ability and motivation to work in fast-paced environment
