FINANCIAL DIRECTOR

Location: Russia

The Company:

Retail, Food, Production (Russia)

The Position:

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will have responsibility for the all finance matters related to the Group. This will include raising debt finance and debt restructuring of the group. You are enthusiastic about working on cross-functional initiatives to drive efficiency improvements in the company’s operations. It is an exciting position, demanding excellence in technical skills and a proven ability to work well in teams and deliver on deadlines.

You will focus on all finance and accounting aspects of the business.

You will work closely with the business to support and directly contribute to its growth.

You will collaborate with senior managers to manage financial risk, maintain scalable accounting processes and lead all growth and acquisitions related finance matters related to expansion of the business including debt and equity funding raising, financial structuring, capital budgeting, operational financial and accounting integration.

Minimum Qualifications:

● MA/ MS degree or equivalent

● CA/ CPA or equivalent

● Ability to work in English equally to Russian

● At least 10 years of relevant work experience in Finance preferably in the retail, food production

Preferred Qualifications:

● Experience working in a multinational firm leading the finance function

● Experience with management of compliance requirements in multiple jurisdictions

● Attention to detail, organized and thorough with desire for continuous improvement.

● Proven ability to work in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment, and to lead and drive complex initiatives.

● Excellent analytical skills, combined with impeccable business judgment and ability to communicate with Board of Directors

Responsibilities:

● Assist in formulating the company' s future direction and supporting tactical initiatives

● Manage all aspects debt raising

● Develop financial and tax strategies

● Manage the capital request and budgeting processes

● Develop performance measures that support the company' s strategic direction

● Ensure tax and financial compliance in all jurisdictions

● Manage a 20 person small finance and accounts team

● Oversight over accounting, investor relations, tax, and treasury functions

● Understand and mitigate key elements of the company' s risk profile and report risk issues to board of directors
