Xiaomi, the market leader in the segment of consumer electronics, is looking for an employee for the position: Expense Accountant

Job responsibilities:

* Company' s expense accounting, checking the correctness of the initial documentation, reconciliation with suppliers

* Accounting of travel and representative expenses of employees, checking the correctness of the registration of expenses, reconciliation with employees

* Accounting for after-sales service (receipt and movement of spare parts, warranty / non-warranty repair, return of goods)

* Work with claims (reconciliation of serial numbers, checking the date of sale, issuing correction documents)

* Participation in the implementation of ERP

* Preparation of accounting documents for tax authorities and other regulatory authorities

* Processing of primary documents (collection, submission, control of timely receipt from counterparties)

* Archive of electronic documents

Required skills:

* SAP and 1C user

* Current knowledge in the field of accounting and taxation

• English - level C

• At least 5 years of accounting experience

* Experience of working in companies that sell electronics is welcome

* Experience in the Big4 will be a plus

* Multitasking and stress tolerance
