ITGENIO is a fast-growing, worldwide online education school. We teach children and young people from 5 to 18 years old online from anywhere in the world.

We teach kids programming, design and school subjects.

And now we are looking for a client manager for the team, who will help teachers, children and their parents to make learning at our school really effective and enjoyable.

We are looking for a person who will:

• communicate with new and current clients politely and competently
• consult clients on all training issues
• resolve controversial situations
• manage the schedule of classes.

We would love to hear from you if:

• you are not afraid of working with phone calls
• your tongue is well suspended, you can communicate on any topic easily
• you speak and write competently
• you are interested in our product
• you are open to new knowledge, you have a desire for self-development
• your knowledge of English is up-intermediate and above
• you are ready to work from 30 hours a week.
