Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage interior design projects from initial client briefing to final installation.
• Coordinate with designers, architects, contractors, vendors, and consultants to align on project scope and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project timelines and schedules.
• Oversee procurement processes, including FF& E selection, purchasing, and delivery coordination.
• Prepare and manage project documentation and status reports.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure design compliance.
• Communicate clearly and proactively with clients, updating them on milestones, approvals, and any project changes.
• Anticipate and troubleshoot project issues, proposing solutions and managing risk effectively.
• Ensure all designs and installations comply with building codes, safety regulations, and accessibility standards.

Tasks:

• Site visits to monitor construction progress – 3 times a week.
• Reports in Gectaro – daily.
• Communication with construction team and control of deadlines and quality of work – daily.
