Responsibilities of the Position Head of DSO Russia:

Responsible for defining and expanding differentiated DSO solutions across the country.

Continuous observation of market dynamics to understand customer’s pain points and work closely with the different product segments to improve and enhance the DSO offering in a customer-centric approach with suitable methodologies (e.g., value proposition design & customer value creation).

Support the DSO in Business Development and evaluating potential partners with respect to their portfolio and value proposition, as part of our DSO solution portfolio.

Actively engage in pursuits together with the DSO sales team, directly working with DSOs to evaluate business benefits and define specific solutions for prosthodontics and implantology workflows.

Guide and support the regions to rollout and adopt DSO solutions.

Develop and maintain a strong long-term relationship with existing customers and ensure customer satisfaction, growth, and retention.

Proactively drive adoption, increase retention, and drive expansion of at your customers through an ongoing dialogue, monitoring of customer data and utilization of sales analytics tools.

Resolve issues, identify, and mitigate risks which threaten customer growth or retention.

Identify and evaluate opportunities for upselling and account expansion build, maintain and execute account plan in close alignment with ASMs, KAMs and Product Experts.

Interact with the local Lead Team and HQ to achieve the best alignment.

Setting goals that promote company growth.

Oversees daily activity of the team.

Executes plans designed to meet company goals by changing policies and coaching employees.


Bachelor’s degree in Medicine, Business, Marketing or equivalent experience is required.

At least 6 years of relevant experience in a sales environment.

Prior experience in dental implant industry strongly preferred.

Experience in product or project management concerning dentistry solutions.

Highly proficient in use of standard office software, CRM experience is desirable.

Languages: Excellent in English.
