BMW Group Russia is looking for an Technical Support Specialist.

What awaits you?

• Support dealerships with technical recommendations in complicated repairs. Support can be done remotely using BMW Warranty Systems and on-site at dealerships as well.
• Coordinate process of repair. Involve First Level Support (BMW AG) as CoC in very complicated cases.
• Analyze incoming cases from the dealers, escalate to First Level Support mass quality or technical problem.
• Care about Special Cases.
• Support CRM department with all necessary information concerning technical problems as well as carry out quality check in case of complaints.

What you should bring along?

• Higher education. Technical and/ or automotive is preferably.

• Work experience: at least 3 years in automotive (aftersales or as a technical support specialist).

• High analytical ability, advanced PC and office equipment user, perfect communication and presentation skills, ability to work under pressure, excellent vehicle and technical processes knowledge.

• Fluent English and Russian.
