Responsibility:

1.Responsible for the management of customs clearance documents, control the time limit of customs clearance

2. Responsible for acquisition and analysis of Russian customs policies, coordination and disposal of import and export matters

3. Responsible for the management of Russian customs HS CODE classification, valuation, origin and other import and export matters

4. Responsible for the establishment and maintenance of Russian local customs relations

5. Responsible for the coordination and disposal of customs affairs in the EEU

6. Responsible for the disposal and feedback of matters assigned by HQ group

7. Responsible for other matters assigned by superior departments and leaders

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above

2. At least 5 years experience in customs affairs

3. Proficient in international trade terms, customs declaration process, EEU customs regulations, Russian customs regulations

4. Proficiency in listening, speaking, reading and writing in English, which can be used as a working language

5. Serious work and a sense of responsibility.
