Ideally, Finance Director at Bericap is in charge of leading and managing all finance functions within an organization: support senior stakeholders on all business reviews, manage budgets across multiple departments and forecast future needs using a long-term planning process that improve company performance.

Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the Multi-country General Manager, dotted line to the Cluster Financial Director

• Processing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements on time and preparing internal/external reporting schedules

• Responsible from Group Compliance, as well as the accuracy of consolidated financial data

• CAPEX management, ensuring regular physical count of company assets

• Providing leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team

• Development of draft financial plans, forecasts of balances and budgets of funds in order to effectively plan the company' s activities and use of financial resources, as well as control over the implementation of the financial plan and budget, profit plan and other financial indicators

• Financial control and preparation of management reporting of the company' s activities. Analyzing over the PL and BS, forming the Cash flow on weekly basis

• Analysis and assessment of financial and credit risks, develop measures to minimize them, ensure control over group and local compliance with financial discipline, timely and complete fulfillment of contractual obligations and of income, the procedure for processing financial and business transactions with suppliers, customers, credit institutions, as well as operations of foreign economic activity

• Production accounting (determination of the cost price, accounting calculations, cost accounting)

• Management of financial flows, risks, financial forecasting

• Budget planning, budget execution control, analysis of income and expenses, analysis of deviations

• Implementation of new tools for data processing, analysis and forecasting of the company' s financial activities

• Ensuring the effective use of ERP sub-modules, coordinating solid data flow with divisions, so with relevant members of the management team.

• Interaction with banks, auditors and supervisory authorities

Requirements:

• Higher education (economic or financial)

• Experience in a similar position for at least 5 years, in the accounting field for at least 10 years, experience in production is required

• Excellent knowledge of accounting, financial and management accounting, tax legislation, IFRS, GAAP

• Knowledge of methods of financial analysis, financial planning, estimation of investments.

• Knowledge of English not lower than Upper-Intermediate (spoken and written)

• Knowledge basics of customs legislation, foreign economic activity would be plus

• Confident PC user: 1C 8 SCP, ERP, Excel, Power Point, SAP knowledge would be an asset

• Strong management skills for business development and operational efficiency

• No cross border travel restrictions
