Responsibilities:

• Implementation and development of HR administrative policies and procedures in accordance with the local law
• Compiling and consulting on HR local regulations and keeping them up to dated
• Payroll process organization and control
• Ensure effective organizational management processes, manage company`s immigrations risks, ensure that appropriate relocation processes in place and the transfers are executed smoothly, manage the process of expatriates’ legalization
• Develop and ensure proper digital solutions to improve service delivery and employee experience
• Ensure digitalization and optimization of existing HR processes in order to increase efficiency and reduce workload.

Requirements:

• University degree
• Solid experience in Human Resources
• Experience in migration field with foreign workers (highly quilified specialists)
• Deep expertise of local norms and laws related to HR administrative & Payroll processes
• Understanding payroll computation
• Intensive knowledge about the legal employment conditions
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a creative and hands-on approach
• Practical MS Excel skills
