Layan Green Park, LaVista Villas and Layan Verde, each of them is a unique product developed by a team of professionals.

Layan Verde is a residential complex with exclusive architecture and design, which is going to become the most recognizable object on Phuket. The project was developed by a team of world-class professionals and includes a complete infrastructure for comfortable living and recreation: children’clubs, restaurants, shopping galleries, swimming pools and a SPA. At the moment, geodetic work is underway on the site and sales of apartments have opened.

What tasks await you:

• Prepare and present reports on project team activities. Control of budget and deadlines, checking and submission of the invoices for payments. Monitoring contractual relations with contractors, and communication with the contractors (online and offline)
• Fulfill Design Administrative Role, when required, for Project Delivery, including all reporting, technical resolutions, and coordination of information and communication with other teams on the project
• Prepare and present project status reports and updates to internal and external stakeholders on request
• Contribute to the development of project recognition, organization of project participation in architectural competitions
• Monitoring and support of tender procedures of the department
• Monitoring of efficiency of the design and overall project (efficiency ratios, materials, retail ceilings, etc.)
• Responsible for checking the output numbers (EIA areas, for example)
• Submit monthly budgets
• Responsible for the contracts checking and signing on the design team behalf

We expect you to:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Engineering, Preferably in Civil
• Fluent in Russian and English
• 3 year of experience in architectural project administration in development companies
• Basic technical knowledge of architecture, construction methods, and building codes
• Fit-out Experience & Expertise is beneficial
• Proven experience in coordinating project teams on the developer’s side
• Excellent management and communication skills. Excellent negotiation and business writing skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong Excel / Google spreadsheets skills: ability to use formulas, including logical operations and lookups
• Ready for relocation
