TeamLead IT Recruiter

Cyber Staff is an ambitious IT recruiting agency with a focus on hiring engineers (SE, SDET, DevOps and others). We work with clients around the world, helping them fill vacant engineering positions and grow their production teams. We are an agency founded and run by ex-programmers and we believe in skills and passion when it comes to tech hiring.

We are looking for a passionate hands-on TeamLead IT Recruiter, a self-driven individual with an outstanding analytical skills, wide experience in IT sphere, great attention to details and amazing communication skills to join our team and fulfill vacant position for our customers, as well as of course lead and grow the team of our talented recruiters and sourcers.

What you will do:

• Collaborate with customers and executive team

• Manage a team of full-time and part-time recruiters and sources

• Source, attract and engage the best talent on the market

• Develop pipelines of candidates

• Complete monthly KPI' s

• Track, approach and report about results

What you will need:

• 5+ years of experience in IT recruiting

• 2+ years of experience in TeamLead role

• Strong technical base

• Experience working in a recruitment agency

• Self-management skills: you don' t need to be micromanaged to be efficient

• Proficiency with boolean and x-ray search, sourcing tools and platforms

• Must have (B2+) English, both written and spoken

Would be a great plus:

• Experience in any production role: developer, QA, PM etc. OR Degree in Computer Science

• Degree in psychology or relevant field
