Deloitte is looking for a Documentation Specialist and Archivist to join the Internal Client Services Department in Tashkent.

Responsibilities:

• Format client financial statements in accordance with Deloitte formatting standards
• Print and bind formatted financial statements
• Issue financial statements and record the issue date in an official log
• Work with the Deloitte Kazakhstan Reporting Team and act as cover for it when needed
• Monitor the supply of reporting inventories, such as covers and binding supplies, and order replacements when required
• Archive audit files and ensure that they are registered properly
• Locate audit files in the archive system and retrieve them from the physical archive
• Ensure that all audit files submitted for archiving are complete and correct and as far as possible submitted on time
• Work with the archiving and storage contractor to ensure overflow audit files are handed to them in good time and correctly
• Draft the relevant paperwork to ensure old audit files are destroyed correctly when required
• Work with the Kazakhstan Archiving Team to ensure process centralization and coordination.

Requirements:

• Good Microsoft Word and general computer skills
• Good administrative and communication skills
• Good knowledge of Russian and English (spoken and written)
• The ability to multi-task and work in a fast-moving and dynamic environment
• A higher education
• Work experience is preferable, but not required.
