TASKS:

• Managing the team (up to 4 people)
• Leading full spectrum of recruitment activities for back office, sales and production (white & blue collar): hiring need identification, recruitment and sourcing plan development tailored to specific hiring need, search, candidate screening and assessment
• Leading onboarding process
• Leading International Management Trainee Program
• Initiating and driving corporate recruitment programs and projects, Internal hiring program, Employer branding and other programs aimed at long-term attraction and retention of talents
• Monitoring and gathering analytical data on internal and external labor market and trends, preparing regular and ad hoc recruitment reports

OUR FUTURE TEAM MEMBER:

• Has 3-5 years of experience in recruitment
• Has experience in driving recruitment projects (e.g. Graduate program, Internship)
• As an advantage: has experience in production recruitment (blue collar) and building recruitment process for plant.
• Result-oriented, handling multi-task work environment
• Has people management experience
• Has high education
• Speaks fluent English (from upper-intermediate)
