Job DescriptionWhat will you be doing? ALTEN is looking for a Senior Functional Safety Engineer to support critical ISO 26262:2018 activities across several domains, including Assisted & Automated Driving, Body Control, and Vehicle Motion. Your main responsibilities will be: Delivering ISO 26262:2018 work products as outlined in the Functional Safety Plan.Maintaining key safety artifacts, including Item Definitions, HARAs, Functional Safety Concepts (FSC), and Functional Safety Requirements (FSR).Leading the development and execution of Integration, Verification & Validation test specifications.Owning all planned work products through to the completion of the Item Safety Case.Coordinating with suppliers and partners to ensure synchronized delivery and compliance via Development Interface Agreements (DIAs).Who are we looking for? Engaging in technical discussions, managing off-plan risks, and driving resolution through collaboration with internal and external experts.Proven experience in Integration, Verification, and Safety Goal Validation.Skilled at managing supplier relationships under a DIA framework.Self-motivated, articulate, and proactive with a collaborative mindset and the ability to lead complex problem-solving efforts.You are...
