TRANSSION Holdings is hiring Head of Sales for one of its brands in Moscow.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our Sales strategy, motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with clients and customers.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the development and sales of the Russian market. Assist headquarters in formulating procurement plans and goals, achieve sound development.
• Determine the sales price and sales strategy of the product according to local market conditions and market exchange rates, and adjust the sales process in time according to competitors and market conditions.
• Responsible for channel management and managing the distribution landscape.
• Manage key relationships in both direct and indirect Large Format Retail partners.
• Drive sell thru and sell out through the effective execution of various schemes and promotions and assessment of the ROI of these programs.
• Keeping market intelligent/ doing competitive analysis.
• Expanding the retailer’s base.

KPIs:

• Increase in Retail Share month on month.
• Successful Schemes and Retail Visibility in the region.
• Evaluate ROI for partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above, English used as a daily communication language.
• 5-8 years of experience in consumer electronics industry Preferably in Smartphones , no less than 3 years of team management experience.
• Proficient in consumer electronics products and industry development trends, channel management related knowledge.
• Agent/channel communication management skills, which can have a greater impact on the business strategy of agents/channels, and promote purchase, payment and sub-warehouse construction.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Strong relationships with key partners.
