Your Background at a Glance:

• Higher education in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Economics or related fields

• At least 2–3 years of experience in inventory planning, demand forecasting, or warehouse management (preferably in spare parts or FMCG/retail sector)

• Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, inventory control methods, and demand planning tools

• Proficiency in MS Excel and experience with ERP/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, 1C or similar)

• Analytical mindset with the ability to work with large datasets and forecasting models

• Strong communication and negotiation skills for interaction with suppliers and service centers

​​​​​​How You Will Make an Impact:

• Forecasting, planning and warehouse analytics of spare parts stocks in order to match actual results with planned indicators
• Ensuring the availability and preventing the absence of necessary warehouse stocks
• Conducting an analysis of current indicators and trends to predict future indicators and developing appropriate plans
• Providing proposals and plans for working with the resulting surpluses
• Conducting discount sales on obsolete, excess inventory items
• Systematic actions related to the creation of orders to supplier plants and service centers
• Systematic actions related to the disposal of spare parts
• Interaction with supplier plants on the delivery times of placed orders
