Location: CST Campus, Tashkent, Uzbekistan
Salary: up to 7,500,000 UZS (gross, before tax)
Experience: Minimum 2-3 years with children (ages 4–6) preferred

Position Summary

The Teaching Assistant provides direct classroom support to the assigned Homeroom Teacher, assisting with instruction, student supervision, and administrative duties. The role contributes to a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment for young learners.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily classroom instruction and activities.

• Supervise and assist students during class, breaks, and transitions.

• Prepare learning materials and assist with classroom organization.

• Communicate observations on student progress to the teacher.

• Participate in meetings and professional development sessions.

• Uphold CST policies, values, and confidentiality standards.

Required Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma required post-secondary education in Early Childhood or Education preferred.

• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years with children (ages 4–6) prior classroom or childcare experience preferred.

• Skills: Strong communication, teamwork, patience, and fluency in English.
