Deloitte is looking for Recruitment Specialist to join ICS Department at the Almaty office.

Responsibilities:

• Source candidates for respective industry/service areas/functions
• Communicate needs to client service staff to generate referrals/leads
• Develop vacancy announcements, send them as internal announcement
• Recruit candidates for all levels up to the manager level
• Coordinate interviewing teams and schedules
• Organize and carry out events on attraction, search and selection of candidates for internship and employment among current students and graduates of best universities
• Ensure information is properly maintained for reporting purposes
• Run database of universities, events and candidates
• Support the organization' s CSR/Wellbeing initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Fluency in English, Russian
• Proven ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
• Ability to quickly acquire an understanding of relevant firm businesses, recruiting policies, procedures, and systems
• Ability to build strong relationships and networks with candidates and internal stakeholders
• Consultative approach toward clients and ability to influence others
• Proficient skills in various technologies (i.e, Microsoft Office, applicant tracking systems)
• Previous recruiting experience in a professional services or large corporate environment would be an advantage
